Beatriz Casadiego
Architect and Founder of Design by BC: With a passion for design, Beatriz graduated as an Architect in Venezuela before moving to the United States in search of new challenges. Her pursuit of excellence led her to earn a Certificate in Interior Decorator from the International Association of Professions Career College and study Interior Design at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she refined her thoughtful approach and creative vision.
As an entrepreneur, Beatriz found her calling in creating transformative spaces, which led her to establish Design by BC. She’s worked with a range of clients to create environments that are both functional and inspiring.
She also holds certifications in Project Management and Leadership in Design and Construction, adding strength in planning, team coordination, and communication to her design work.
Beatriz’s ability to merge aesthetics with practicality makes her a standout in the world of interior and architectural design.

Interior Decorator - Color Consultant
Architect with training in Venezuela and later a design consultant, she is distinguished by her passion and skill in architectural design. Her career includes notable collaborations, such as her work in Atika Chile and Cortinalia, where she excelled in leading the selection of materials and textures, and participated in sustainable housing design projects, such as Casa Roca. Since joining the Design by BC team in the United States, Karla has significantly strengthened our ability to present innovative proposals and be at the forefront in selecting materials for the execution of each project.

Meet Milzys Romero, our dedicated organization expert with a true passion for creating order and harmony in every space. Certified in the TIP Method by Marietta Vitale, Milzys combines her expertise with a deep understanding of what it truly means to transform a home.
Her process goes beyond simply tidying up — she understands that organization is a journey, and her compassionate approach ensures you feel supported every step of the way. From sorting items for donation, sale, or disposal to carefully classifying and arranging what matters most, Milzys knows that a well-organized space can bring clarity, peace, and balance to your life.

With a solid background in Civil Industrial Engineering and experience in managing commercial and residential construction projects, this professional has built an outstanding international career. His experience spans Venezuela, the northeastern Caribbean islands, Panama, and the United States.
Upon moving to the U.S., he joined the Design by BC team, where he stands out for his ability to ensure the precise and excellent execution of each project. René oversees and meticulously directs all our construction, remodeling, and maintenance projects, ensuring impeccable results in each one.
